High-school Superhero Story

I am trying to make a little side project for my self. A comic about a high-school kid who is thrown into the world of superheroes. I already have sketches just no story yet. (anybody wanna collab lol) I have three ideas but they are utter crap lol
1.A boy gets tired of being bullied when he dawns a mask to beat them up.
2.The boys father gets in trouble with the mafia and the boy helps him out.
3.Some boy wakes up one morning with new powers and gets in trouble with the military.
Can anyone help me cook up a good plot?
