I do not exactly know what is going on but iam going to assume it is Coil and acrobat saving the weird guy from fangirl who is hiding in the background there... also nice carpet.

Okay... so the guy who is stretching in prep for running away is the clone dude. and i thought that Coil's head was all smashied in. then I realized it was her hood. carpet IS awesome. but this is a motel room right? where are all the stains?????
